I do fly and it has grown on me over the years so I would say no, I use to be but not really anymore!

Coffee of course and I'm usually on the run so something like a bagel or muffin!
What is the last thing you picked up off the ground?
Actually was writing a business plan for a real estate related idea I had and dropped the sheets all over and had to get down and pick them up lol!
What do you think people think of you?
They know I'm the Real Estate Guru of Brooklyn, NY and own Manor Management properties group, it's my business and I am the president here. They just know Real Estate is more than a job of mine, it's a passion and something I love!
What helps you to make the right decision?
Just knowing that it will impact my life in a better way!
Would you rather be able to speak any language fluently or have the ability to talk to animals?
Tough one...I would say any language just so I can do real estate in any country in the world!

I would say a combination of both! I like to have fun and not be a stiff, but I know there are times it's not a laughing matter and you have to be mature!

Real Estate is the best! More people should get involved in Real Estate, easy way to make some money if you know what you're doing!

How would you describe your style?
I am a real estate guru, especially when it comes to Brooklyn, NY. Brooklyn is one of the most trendy places in NYC and if you can find property by the East River that overlooks lower Manhattan, then you will know what style is all about.
Huge lofts, with iron railings, and that older factory type setting for a home is how I define my style.

No don't always smile for pictures. I think that pictures should capture the moment. Pictures should be a snapshot of memories.
