How did you get over your depression ?
I don't think you "get over" it, I can't speak for anyone else but it's something that needs to be faced everyday. I had to find the things that negatively affected me and my mood and work through them... and I'm still working through them... accepting it and talking about it helped so much.

Hi Chris have you gone vegan?
I would say I'm eating a diet that would be considered "practical" vegan. I'm not eating things which clearly contain animal produce. However, I'm I'm currently picking through ingredient lists - I can't read Spanish for a start! So I wouldn't claim to be vegan.
