Is being fit more of an image thing for you or was it started for health reasons? I'm at the age where I need to stop thinking the world revolves around me but I then struggle with putting my fitness as a priority because I only see it as a way to look better
Well it really started when I started playing sports when I was little so I've always been active and that's all I've known but now not playing sports it's definitely both image and health. I want to live a long healthy life so that motivates me to take care of myself now and looking fit is an awesome side affect!
