Are you still taking programming/computer science classes?

No. I took two IT classes on high school, one website coding class in first year of college, and then high tailed it out of there and proceeded to fail to retain any of the information I learned.

What is your opinions on the new Spider-Man game coming out for PS4?

All I have a concrete opinion on right now is Spidey's costume. I'm not digging it right now, but I said the same thing for the costume in Civil War but changed my mind after seeing the movie, so whatever. I guess I just need to see it in action more first.

Would you mind if someone used the Fiddles concept for their channel? I'm just curious because I know you've said that you don't plan on doing that series anymore

I don't own the concept. First impression shows are nothing new. Go nuts.

Do you think you'll ever talk about Resident Evil in a video?

Replace "Resident Evil" with literally anything (or keep it as is) and my answer will be the same: "idk maybe lol"

If you ever did a video talking about the DLC Smash 4 stages, would you split it up into 3DS and WiiU stages, or would you cover them all in one video?

I've talked about this before. The plan is, when (and if I even decide to do it at all) I go back and review stages from previous Smash Bros games, I'm gonna start with 64. Since that game only has 9 stages, it'll be a pretty short video, so to extend the time I'll tack on Smash 4 DLC stages at the end of the same video. Again, nothing's set in stone and I can't make promises, but if it happens, this'll probably be how I go about it.
And what do you mean "split it up into 3DS and WiiU"? Both games have, like, the same exact DLC. Hello?????

Someday, somehow, is there any possible way for you to reupload the 2 My Little Pony reviews you did?

Even if I wanted to, I don't think I even have them anymore.

How would you feel about playing a fighting game that has the roster of Smash Bros. For Wii U (pick your newcomers while you can) and characters from the Marvel universe that had the same mechanics as Smash Bros.?

I've been an advocate for a Nintendo Vs Capcom game (in Smash style but I'd take a regular 2D fighter style too), but I guess I'd take that too. I'd rather a Marvel Vs DC fighting game happens first before any of that other stuff. Really, how has that not happened yet???

Who should be the starting roster for the next Smash game?

Everyone expects the original 12 from Smash 64 to be in every new installment at this point (even though I'm personally indifferent about Jigglypuff and wouldn't miss him/her if they got cut), so don't hide any of them behind unlocks cuz after 4 appearances in a row it's practically a given. Just toss em' in from the get-go.
Some DLC characters from the current release being starters in the next miiiight be a possibility, but I imagine difficulties with trying to get at least Cloud and Bayonetta back again, since it sounds like there were already some difficulties this time around.
I'd also like if so many newcomers weren't starters, but rather unlockable. In Sm4sh, only Bowser Jr and Duck Hunt were unlockable, and (if the whole roster hadn't been leaked beforehand) were the only real "surprises". I'm not saying every newcomer, cuz the announcement trailers were always extremely hype, so definitely have enough available as starters for that reason alone.
And I'd be happy if even 30% or 40% of my picks from this video were starters or unlockable. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsFobCXLv9ESmashMasterShow’s Video 136258582422 hsFobCXLv9ESmashMasterShow’s Video 136258582422 hsFobCXLv9E

What do you think are the three biggest issues regarding the gaming industry and how do you think they could be countered?

Daniel Martinez
I'm gonna give you the extremely lazy answer and just tell you to go watch Jim Sterling, otherwise I'm gonna be here all day. I pretty much agree with like 90-95% of the things he says in the Jimquisition, so that should give you an idea.

Have you considered getting Nico Vilek to do your branding?

Oh absolutely of freaking course. I haven't gone beyond considering yet for multiple reasons, though. One, and perhaps the most obvious, you'll notice my practically nonexistent video upload schedule. I don't want to rebrand when I currently barely get stuff out in a timely fashion.
Two, it currently feels like something I'd like to do, not necessarily something I need to do. I don't work with many consistent assets outside of a logo. If I had a logo plus a bunch of other junk then I probably would've gone to Nico a bajillion years ago by now. For now though I'm not in a huge rush to get my one primary asset upgraded.
It's probably gonna happen eventually though. As of recently, if you're a Youtuber who hasn't had his branding done by Nico, are you even a true Youtuber? :P

In the case I had a time machine I could use to visit your 10-year-old self, what should I come to expect that 10-year-old to be like?

Daniel Martinez
You'd never find out, because I'd take the time machine away from you and give it to someone who'd use it for something that wasn't pointless.

What are you studying in college? How're you liking it?

I forgot Ask.fm existed for a few weeks so sorry for the late response WHOOPZZZZ
I'm studying media and tv studio production and pretty much anything having to do with videos and junk like that. It has its up and downs but that mostly pertains to, amount of homework and other similar factors like that. When it gets fun, it's pretty freaking fun, boi. I started taking Youtube more seriously just before college so these courses have been a natural fit for me thus far :P

Do you you think 20 - 25 minutes is a good range for the length of a video?

It depends. 20's okay-ish depending on the topic of the video. 25's getting a little riskier, and you're usually pushing your luck with 30, but anything afterwards is generally a danger zone for me. The only way you can usually get away with a longer time is if it's split up into parts (and there has to be a good enough reason for that to be done, not "just cuz").
That's all just me, though. I'm sure there's some people who don't care how long a video is. But for the rest of em', they have reeeeeeally short attention spans.

Have you ever gotten a Content ID match for using MGS music? (I ask because my first video has an MGS reference and I don't want a Content ID match)

I don't remember if I ever even used an MGS song. Either way, no, I've never gotten one for that.

Do you still like Anime? Cause you've been retweeting a lot of anti-anime things...

My bad, I forgot people aren't allowed to joke about things they like...

Would you rather buy/get an Xbox One or a PlayStation 4?

I guess PS4. It has more games I'm interested in than Xbox One, by comparison. In reality though, I'm not planning on getting either one any time soon. Cuz money.

Who's side are you on: Captain America's or Iron Man's?

I'm inclined to side with Cap solely out of being my favorite between the two but I need to actually see the movie to get a lot more context of the situation then what's in the trailer. Cuz it'll probably be one of those things were it's like both sides were wrong to begin with, or something, and I'll just be like "well frick....."

Do you like Family Guy and/or South Park?

It's very very unfortunate that I've watched way more Family Guy than South Park, and yet my opinion of South Park is way more favorable. Family Guy can be funny when it feels like actually trying, and when it does get me, it gets me real good, but those moments are oh so rare. Meanwhile, when I slap on an episode or clip of South Park every now and again, I'm guaranteed at least one laugh no matter what. Family Guy relies way too much on references and cut away gags, while South Park usually plays it more originally and clever by comparison.

As someone who seems like a Simpsons fan, what do you think of the show nowadays?

I haven't been keeping up with the show at all. The most "recent" bit of it I saw was the couch opening gag featuring Rick & Morty. Bits and pieces I've seen in commericals and Youtube clips and such are sometimes amusing-ish, but I can't give you any other thoughts beyond that.
However, I am (very veeeery slowly) amassing a collection of Simpsons DVDS of all the seasons in order. I've started doing so when I was about maybe 10. I currently own up to the 16th season (except missing just the 15th), but I've only ever finished watching up to the very beginning of the 11th, and that was probably like 4 years ago. So if you remember to ask me again in 30 years, I might finally be able to definitely tell you what I thought of 2015 Simpsons. Believe in your dreams.

Why did you put scissors next to your eye?! I can't even get them close without freaking out, how did you push them under your eye?!

I did it because I'm a fucking moron who's willing to risk a trip to the emergency room for a dumb joke in a Youtube video and no one should ever look to me as a good example for anything.

What do you think is the funniest hate comment you've gotten on a video?

Not sure. Almost all the hate comments I get are pathetically general, bland, and boring. I guess my favorite (even though this isn't exactly a hate comment, but again, I can't recall the last time I got a fantastic hate comment) would be the one where, in my Completionist video, someone actually really thought Yungtown and I legit thought Jirard was dead. Not only did I get one person "correcting" me about my "mistake", I've been "corrected" at least 5 times, each time by a different person. One of them even directly tweeted Jirard (YEARS later) bringing it to his "attention". We've all had some good lulz over it.

As someone who is working on making YouTube videos, should I even bother making and/or posting videos on YouTube during November? Or should I wait until December to start?

Since you're literally JUST starting out, I don't think starting in November is necessarily a bad idea, since you technically don't have anything to lose yet. But it's Youtube and I've given up on trying to understand how the fuck they operate, so it's ultimately your call.

Will you ever do a preview of your next video on stream like you did with the ALS video?

It's not out of the question, but I don't wanna do it just for the sake of it. I'm waiting for a special video where I can look at it and say "Oh yeah, I can totally do another reveal trailer thingy on a stream like that one other time I did that for some reason."
