In a chicken wing eating contest, how many wings do you think Steve Addazio could eat?

My brother was once in a chicken wing contest and he is like 6'4 300 lb. He had about 65 wings and in controversial circumstances he was eliminated. Considering Daz's age, weight, height and various Twitter photos of food, I will give him 55.

Think Steve Addazio is a good cuddler?

Don't know about his cuddling/spooning abilities but I bet he could give a good bear hug.

Best person/twitter/blog to follow for BC recruiting?

Heights 247. AJ Black and Kyle Egan good for analysis. ;)

Any info on class of 2016 & 2017 targets being offered earlier than past BC targets? Seems to be a trend in the south.

Well I really don't know about the history of offering at Boston College but from what I know, Addazio is using some of his knowledge from Florida that to win a place in a recruit's heart, you have to offer first or very early. The new staff is going out of their way to find viable talent for the future of BC football and have already offered 3 2016 guys(Jalin Bule, Rahshaun Smith, Shaquille Quarterman) according to 247.

There are rumors, from credible sources I might add, that Spiffy Evans hasn't been so spiffy in his summer workouts and is out of shape, pun intended. Have you heard similar stories? I'm concerned. I really think he could lead the team in receiving this year.

Honestly I haven't heard much of anything. His name hasn't come up very much in my BC football discussions lately. In fairness I shouldn't comment on it but I'd like to hear from those sources. As for who leads the team in receiving, and receiver depth in general, it's Amidon and then who knows what we're getting from everybody else, including TEs. Rettig will be throwing to Amidon a lot again this season.

what's you take on Alex Howell? Can he improve his distance?

Not sure what to make of Howell yet; what I do know is that he came to this program with some high regard and, with a vacancy at punter, he's probably going to be a starter. If you're concerned about him, I'd say don't be. I remember Ryan Quigley's early years (I was at a game in 2008 where he was shanking kicks left and right) but he got better and better. I also think Howell will get better over time.

Your evaluation of Coach Donahue?

Like the guy, like the improvement the team made late last year. Now he has to get BC to the next level, which is postseason play. If he can do that with a team he rebuilt from scratch he'll earn deserved respect. -JM

Who is your favorite BC player ever?

Of the guys I've seen play since I got to BC, Mark Herzlich -JM
