I need to rant.
So, a little while ago people started making quotes and images telling everyone that curvy girls are beautiful, and that society says you should be skinny. That's okay to say being curvy is beautiful, because it is. But why are recording artists like Nicki Minaj and Meghan Trainor now putting down skinny people and saying you should only be curvy?? Skinny shaming is just as bad as fat shaming, people would go mental if we all started saying "don't be 'fat' be 'skinny'" so why is it okay to put slimmer people down to make heavier people feel better about themselves?? A lot of people probably can't help their weight, so calling slimmer people 'skinny bitches' and saying that guys only like girls with 'something to grab onto to' or 'junk in their trunk' is just as bad as saying men only like slim girls because heavier girls aren't considered attractive. I just don't get it, because it's now boosting curvier girls confidence by putting down slimmer girls..
