As a UP student, feeling mo ba na ang mga estudyanteng mas mababa ang bracket have increased obligation to give back to the university than those in bracket A?
OF COURSE NOT, giving back to your country is not compulsory. How much you serve your country should not be a compensation of how much financial assistance you received from the government.
Giving back should only be out of your own free will and not because we were obliged to, although it goes without saying na we are expected to serve our country. What im really trying to say here is, ang pagbibigay serbisyo sa bansa ay hindi ukol sa kung gaano lamang tayo tinulungan sa ating pag-aaral kundi sa social awareness and civic consciousness na ipina-intindi sa atin. It is only right that we give back but who should give more does not depend on how much you benefited from the taxes of the people but it should depend on how much you care for our country. Yun lang po ^_^
