how often do you cry

well I mean I cry when I'm happy, sad, scared, overwhelmed, and even when I'm just watching good anime. I also chop onions like once a day and sometimes I tear up doing that
you can just assume i'm crying like 40% of the time

What's the cutest thing you can thing of? (Animal, people, situation, quotes, feelings, anything goes) - from @anohinokyou (twitter)

You're making me limit it to just one thing? That's too hard!! I like all sorts of cute things... Soft colours, pretty desserts, genki anime girls, my neighbourhood pals, happy songs... Actually I have an aesthetic blog (shh) on tumblr that kind of shows off the styles and colours and things I like! http://neshsthetic.tumblr.com/ This should give you an idea of the things I find cute

where should ordinary people without 1000000 subscribers promote art or cosplay or videos or streams or something? advices pls about this >.< i really need help :( i didnt get even about 100 people in 2 years when i posted everything on devianart, tumblr etc

Personally I don't know much about cosplaying and what the cosplay community online is like, nor am I really in the youtube scene so I don't especially know about video promotion either? As for art, just posting it on tumblr, deviantart, twitter, etc. should work out! If you're not getting the amount of attention you want on your work, try to improve it with studies and trying new things. You can join communities and groups and stuff on those websites and get tips and ideas from other artist friends who you can learn from! I've been doing digital anime art since I was in middle school, and I've only this year been able to support myself on commission income. It takes time to build a solid foundation for yourself, but more than time, it takes work too. You've gotta make your work into something people want to see.
Most of all, it sounds like you most want to build a community/large following off your work...It's...hard to get there if all you're focused on is numbers. If you're trying to build a following, then you've gotta be a personality worth following. If you're just obsessed with the number of people looking at your work, then you're not focused on the work itself. Self-networking is a really personal thing and it works differently for everyone, so it's hard to give solid advice. The best I can say is to work hard to improve yourself, and take every good opportunity you can. Good luck!

No question, just wanted to say you are a great person and your art is amazing so keep up the good work :)

Thank you so much! I'll keep keeping up with it and keep getting better!
Have a good night/day <3

What's something embarrassing that you've done in the past (that's safe to share I mean)?

I've done....a lot of embarrassing things........my whole middle school existence was embarrassing.....It's hard to pin it down to just one specfic event
I think asking what I'm NOT embarrassed about from my past would be the better question lmao

What is your favourite video game?

I don't really play video games much anymore. I can't play things with 3d cameras because I get motion sick very easily. In general though, I really really like the pokemon games. I've put a frightening amount of hours into pokemon picross. I'm really excited to get pokemon moon when it comes out!

pls do a stream

I'm sorry, I had to replace my computer and I still haven't redownloaded all the programs and stuff for streaming yet ;_; maybe near the end of October I'll get everything set up again!

What's a cute song you've listen to this week?

Live in a world where everyone can only communicate through 2007 Meme's or live in a meme free world with no sweets what so ever?

I'm gonna bite the bullet and give up sweets so that everyone can live in a meme free world.

I was planning on doing commissions soon, I just don't know how to go about the pricing because people seem to be easily displeased with higher prices, I was thinking on doing full body (with color) for 30$, armor option for 35$, is that reasonable ?

Pricing is a bit hard definitely, it takes some testing the waters to see what you and your audience is comfortable with. You have to take into account the detail of your style (for example, simple flat coloured chibis are a lot quicker to draw than fully painted realistic portraits) and how much you want to realistically make.
I based my prices per hour, the wage I wish to make per hour. Decide whether the amount will contain the paypal fees or not (cause that can be a significant chunk that you miss out on!)
Make sure it's worth your time, is the added effort for armor equivalent to $5 of your time? If yes, then absolutely. If it's not, maybe make it $10. You can always raise your prices if you find that you're working too hard for too little cash, or lower them if you're in a huge bind financially and need to get some quick cash. Your prices are yours and can change whenever you'd like them to.
I definitely think that $35 for a full coloured full body is definitely not too high a price, but remember that some of your followers are probably middle school-high school kids who don't make a lot of money and see that as expensive, so don't get discouraged if some people tell you that it is. Some people don't know the value of art and don't understand that saving up to pay for a professional service of having something custom created for them is worth paying money for.
Good luck, and I hope your commissions go well for you!

What's one thing you did that you'll probably regret?

I forgot to colour in an eyebrow in one of my pictures and someone sometime is going to point it out but that's too bad
it's past the point of being able to change it now

do you think someone is trying to copy your style?

Why would I think that? My style's just an amalgamation of many things that I find aesthetically appealing and is influenced by media that I grew up with. If someone likes the colour choices I have, or anything else that's particularly unique to my art, they might try something similar in their own art, just like I have over many many years of adding things I've seen that I liked in other styles to my own art. Even if someone tries to draw exactly like me, it'll still come out with a bit of their own style, because a style is really just developed through shortcuts used to create something you like.
tl;dr there's no one in particular I think might be doing this but if they like my art enough to try and replicate my way of doing things and make it their own? That's amazing. Someone likes what I do that much! I'm very happy.

How do you make the polka dots background in your drawings?

For the ones I use on my larger images or as my tumblr background, I made those in photoshop by creating a small circle (I think it's between 40-46 px) of a light colour, and pasted it onto a 100 x 100 px canvas diagonally to create something like this. I made that into a photoshop pattern so that it tiles and I can just fill bucket it in! I change the hue of the pattern depending on what I want it to be.
For the icons and smaller images, I use Algenpfleger's Sai screentone pack, the Inverse Dots #3 http://algenpfleger.deviantart.com/art/Screentone-Pack-66330753

What do you think about Ex-Aid's design? The color choice looks pretty bad and the suit hardly looks like a Kamen RIder to me.

It really doesn't look all that kamen rider-ish, but honestly neither did Gaim or Hibiki (but yes I understand the reason for hibiki) I still enjoyed Gaim a bunch. Ex-Aid's designs are like that old 90's radical aesthetic, so I can dig it even though the colour choices are atrocious. I'm definitely excited to see how it goes and how they play with the toys and gimmicks!! I'm kind of a fan of the multi rider series so I'm looking forward to it. Remember the rule of thumb: if the new rider design revealed early on looks really stupid the show is good (fourze, gaim) and if it looks cool it's going to be bad (wizard, ghost)
Also there was rumour the Nitro+ group was gonna write it, which could be really cool depending on how they do it

Yo nashir it's RMA, have you ever thought about drawing or a manga ?

I don't have a good sense of movement in a 2D space so I don't know how good I would be at drawing manga for a living. That being said, I am working on my own comic project in my free time

Have you ever ghosted someone/ been ghosted?

I don't understand since this is some slang term I am unfamiliar with, but a quick look on urban dictionary tells me that ghosting is when someone expresses affection and you basically reply with "lol same"
So... Probably? I say "same" a lot, though I couldn't give an example of a specific situation

Whats your opinion on Kamen Rider Ghost? I think the story is meh but the transformations are hype and I love how dumb some of them look. Also what do you think about Super Sentai?

The pacing in ghost is so bad. Honestly the story they are trying to tell in the latest episodes alright, but it doesn't seem to understand which episodes and scenes need the time to build up to those important scenes to make it good. Certain important parts are rushed, completely unimportant filler goes on for 2 or 3 eps at a time, and any time there is plot, the camera rapidly switches from scene to scene to cause "suspense" probably, but actually only succeeds in confusing the viewers and playing down the importance of the new information. The base forms of the suits are all good (Alain's necrom is one of my fave suit designs in a kr series aside from meteor, kabuto and shauta) but some of the jacket combos are so tacky and awful. Also someone please give Makoto better fitted pants, I feel bad for him. Im in love with the lizard bike and Takeru's stupid rotary phone. Also Yurusen is A+.
I'm not a big fan of super sentai because it's hard to binge watch, but I'm just about finished with Gokaiger which I am loving very much. Kyoryuger is next on my to watch list

hello! Im fan from Latvia :D it's really far away and probably you dont even know this small country:D but i live here and im your fan haha! you're really cute! thanks for your awesome works^_^ <3

Ohh, next to Russia? That is really far away!! I'm so glad that there are people who like my work even from that far away! Thank you so much. I hope you have a wonderful day. Thank you for being my fan!

fan meets pls

Oh gosh, sorry for the late reply. If any fans are going to AX and they'd like to meet up, messaging me on twitter is probably the best way! I don't think I'm popular enough to warrant a meet-up of my own there.

what is something to motivate or cheer up someone? A line or a quote, or just coming from the heart.

I think it depends on the person. There's no surefire words that will resonate with ever single person and cheer them up. There's no real answer unless this it directed towards a specific person

Where is the worst place you could get stuck?

Underground in a coffin with no escape. I have a fear of being buried alive. Also, bottom of the ocean would also be terrifying

Whoa people all the way out in Russia know of me? That's so cool!! I don't know what it is you're imagining I'm like, but I don't think it's a good idea to move away from your county to somewhere completely foreign just because you want to be near someone you know of from online without actually knowing them as a person first. That being said, if you do happen to go to the same convention as me sometime in the future, I'd be happy to meet you. Please have a good day, Russia Friend.

Can you sing and dance? If not, do you wish you did?

Whoops typo earlier, I cannot do either. I really wish I could do both, singing moreso than dancing.

i love making new accounts ;o; this feeling when you upload new photos on ned virgin account, there's nothing wrong and nothing great, you can make whatever you want on this account!!!!! dont you feel the same?

I've used the same accounts on everything for years because it takes too much effort to remember multiple emails and usernames. I'm glad it's something that works for you though! Fresh starts can be refreshing!

what's dofference between digital and traditional arts? i cant understand :((

Traditional art is drawn with physical tools like pencils, pens, paper, white out, ink, goache, charcoal, macaroni, etc. While digital is drawn entirely with computer programs.
I hope this helps!

can i and if yes how can i send you some cute things on your mail ?^_^ maybe candies that you dont have in your country or something ?:3

It is very sweet that you'd want to send me gifts, but at my current place I am unable to get a post office box, so I'd have to give out my personal address. I'd prefer to do that with people that I know a bit better rather than to someone anonymous or a complete stranger!

How did you meet mug? Tell us a the amazing story of nash falling in love with a mug

I met SojiroUtaite and all his lovely friends in a group chat years ago, and Soji introduced me to Mug by telling me he was super cool and had really good taste in everything!!! He was right!!!
We clicked really well and just talked together lots everyday. Before I knew it I went to Hawaii and met Mug's friends and family, got married, and then eventually after ages of waiting for immigration, Mug finally became a Canadian Resident and we are living together in a cute condo in Canada \o/ hooray!!

How much did you lurk your crushes social media before talking to them?

I met Mug before finding out what his social media was, so I suppose I talked to him first!
As for art senpais.....I lurk their blogs all the time and really want to comment on their stuff but freeze up because I'm nervous.... Twitter makes it really easy to comment on people's stuff quickly and not worrying about commenting too much or too little because of the character limit, so it's easier to tell them how much I adore their work and how cool I think they are in under 140 characters w

my "friends" and even my boyfriend judge me for taking selfies and using instagram and wont talk with me anymore because of selfie on my profile pic ;w; wtf is going on in life? where to find friends like all cute grills like you and your friends? ;w;

Why do they judge you for that? Are you posting racist or sexual content in your selfies that could be offensive to others? If not they gotta calm down. If so, maybe think about why your pictures are offending them? Talk with them to learn why they're upset.
I dunno where most people find friends, I'm pretty bad at talking to people, so I'm really really blessed to have the friends I have today.

what do u usually cook? what's ur favorite food to eat/favorite food to make?:D

I try to eat kinda balances meals with vegetables, a grain and a meat. Mug sometimes likes to cook neat dishes like fancy japanese and hawaiian dishes or whatever he gets a craving for, but I just cook basic things with not too much flavour. I like simple food. I guess at any given time we might have this combination of stuff in the kitchen:
Protiens:
Ground pork, Chicken breast, Salmon (canned or fresh), lean beefs (I had a lot of trouble with red meats growin up so I eat them in small amounts), lunch ham, eggs, tofu, beans
Grains: Bread, rice, pastas (spaghettini, rotini, macaroni)
Vegetables: Broccoli, carrots, lettuce, kale, cabbage, mushrooms, onion, green onion, garlic, tomatoes, brussellsprouts, spinach
Most used spices: paprika, garlic salt, salt + pepper, parsley, cilantro, soyasauce, mirin, vinegar (white and balsamic), bbq sauce, ginger, minced garlic, lemon/lime juice
I don't often have potatoes unless mug wants to make somethin specific with em cause the juice from raw potatoes make my hands swell, crack and bleed. I suppose if you were to ask what my default food at a restaurant was, it would probably be a cheesy shrimp/salmon pasta \o/
Tonight I'm makin saucy meatballs with rice and broccoli for dinner.

How do I get rid of these nasty roaches?

Roaches don't actually live in my area. The only time I've ever seen one was when I traveled to Hawaii!

How do I avoid convincing myself that everybody I talk to is annoyed by me and any friendship I try to develop is a lie born either from pity or avoidance of confrontation about telling me to go away

Me
That's probably something you should be asking a professional rather than strangers on the internet. What kind of weight could my words hold if I tried to give you any advice?
Either way, I hope things get better for you and that you come to discover more self confidence and self worth to keep those negative feelings at bay.

How do you go about taking to people? Whenever I want to I always have trouble starting and carrying a conversation.

I actually have the same problem, there are only a select few people I talk to regularly because they're just so in synch with me on an emotional level that we can literally talk about nothing and I still enjoy talking to them. Outside of that group of people, I don't do well in conversations because I don't have many life experiences as I do the same things all the time. When its with a group I don't know well, I listen to their conversation and might pop in here and there if I have something to say, but even then I don't talk much.
As for one on ones with people I don't know well, I generally won't initiate conversation unless I have something to say to them in particular.
If anyone knows a magical way to create interesting and meaningful conversations with people, I'm all ears.

how would the average person become as cool as this nash? I-I'm asking for a friend of course.

Good thing you're asking for a friend because you're ALREADY cool like this Nash (WHOA!!!)
Step 1: watch too much anime
Step 2: draw sometimes????
Step 3: be a NEET
Step 4: eat too much candy
Optional Step 5: Wear sunglasses

people tell me im faking my voice help im gonna cry ;w;

I don't understand what people mean when they say "You're faking your voice!!!" I can do lots of different voices, but my most comfortable/default is a bit deeper. I know tons of people who's most comfortable voices are really high pitched? Why is it so hard to understand that some people are just born with a certain voice and talk like that? Sure they can probably put on a deeper voice but its not as comfortable as the one they use.
Forget about them telling you you're faking, they're upset because you sound cute and they probably didn't have much exposure to people with higher voices while growing up/in school, so obvsly if they never experienced it before it must be fake!!! right
ugh

yeh it was kinda different question:D well, whetn i try to "promote" my work (songs/art/whatever) i get 90% hate and blame so i asked how you did your advertising? how you get subscribers? i only get hate :c yah and sorry for my english, i hope you understand :D <3

I apologize for misunderstanding earlier then! I don't really understand why you'd be getting hate from it unless you're linking around your websites at inappropriate times?
This is going to be for art specifically because I'm not honestly sure about promoting songs and voice acting other than just to apply for lots of jobs and collaborative works and have your youtube linked to those, sorry;;
Onto art:
I think in general it's a good idea to make fanart of series/games you like and tag it appropriately so people who are into those things will see them and share around your work.
Joining communities (groups on dA, art groups/circles on tumblr, participating in contests and events) and just overall making friends with people when online is important too. Not only will they see your work, but they can help you to learn and improve and give you inspiration to grow and make your work even better.
Be a decent person. Don't just link every piece of your art around to each of your friends saying "hey did you see my new art???" They follow you. They'll either have already seen it or haven't had time to check your blog individually yet. Give them time. This goes for messaging people privately and saying "Hey check out my art/share this if you have time ;^) " If it's unwarranted (an example of when this is warranted is if the person said "link me your art, I want to get to know artists/looking for someone to commission/want to feature new artists in my next video etc.." and has invited people to link them their art.) Being rude and shoving your stuff in people's faces is annoying.
Don't be discouraged by the amount of notes/views/favourites/comments/etc. your work gets. The internet is a strange place. The reason that your 5 second doodle of a frog on a unicycle gets 1000 shares and your beautifully painted original character only gets 3 is not because they think the frog is a "better piece of art." It's because they think it is something more worth sharing at the time, because they found it funny, because unicycle riding frogs are popular right now, because they have a friend who makes a weird sound on skype every time they see a frog on their twitter feed-- it doesn't matter. Shares don't reflect your skill, so don't dwell on it.
Do your best and don't give up. It might take a lot of time before you start seeing results, but just keep trying your best and don't discourage yourself based on the kinds of views you get. If you're still upset, just work harder to get better and more people will eventually see it!
I hope that helped ;w;
