dont use shampoo if its very dry, use a good conditioner with oils, avoid parabens and too much silicon. apply some coconut oil and let it soak in to your hair, rinse with cool water, after one hour. dont use any heat on it. Buy a hair treatment with keratin, i would suggest Wella sp keratin repair. Use a nature brush on your hair, try to not comb too much. Dont shower your hair everyday. If its very dry and dont get oily, dont shower it until it gets oily. sometimes its good for your hair to let it produce some oil by itselves, and very important, take b vitamins, or biotin. Protect your hair from rain, wind, snow and sun. If its sunny, spray heat protection in your hair. hide your hair inside your jacket when its windy, snowy or if its raining. Make your own hair masks, for example honey and olive oil, or egg. Good luck :) x
