You should stop hating and start loving yourselves. You hate yourself because you think you're ugly, fat, not good enough, and I don't even know what more. You're wrong. First of all, you're NOT ugly. I have never seen a photo of you, but I just know it. I'm sure you've got beautiful eyes and beautiful smile, so smile more often because someone might falls for that smile, or that smile might could make someone's day. You also shouldn't worry about your weight. First of all, every body is beautiful, your weight doesn't matter at all. Don't go on diet etc just because you want to have "perfect" body. There's no need for it. You're beautiful just the way you are, and you don't need to change anything about yourself. The only thing you should change is the fact that you think you need to change. Don't listen to what people say and believe in yourself. Oh, and if you think you're not good enough and if that's one of the reasons why you hate yourselves, then listen to me now - You ARE good enough. Just because someone doesn't notice how amazing you are doesn't mean you're not good enough, that you're worthless etc. You're worth it and you're good enough. You know, nobody can be good enough for everyone, and well, there comes to the point where you realize that not everyone can like you, or to the point where you realize you're never going to be good enough for some people...but start thinking..Is that your fault or theirs? It's not yours for sure. You're BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL, GOOD ENOUGH, YOU'RE WORTH IT. You just have to believe in yourself, because when you believe in yourself, everything's possible :) x
