It's okay c: I don't medicate my insomnia because 1. I can put up with it and 2. It's not bad. I'm used to stuff like that but I'm kinda self-helping myself by putting a night routine in place so I do certain things at night so I can kinda teach my body that when I do those things i want to sleep not long after. When I was seeing a counselor she told me to try it and it's working even though I don't see her anymore c:
