Haha, well no one really knows if you're being honest or not. It's a choice. Even during an "honesty hour" every answer could be a lie and no one would know better. So yes, being honest is good, but designating only one hour or one day in a lifetime to be honest is kind of pointless. Why not be honest all the time?
