If you’re a Mona or moni or just a non Amridhari in general, do your good deeds just contribute to a less harsh afterlife? Because Mukti is only possible if you’ve taken Amrit right?
In Sikhi yes you have to take Amrit in order to get mukti people of other denominations must be practising their faith but they too can get mukti/liberation.
Any good deeds you do help lead you to self-realisation/liberation etc So in terms of afterlife yes - you get your reward accordingly (so rebirth as a human being the ultimate reward = another shot at getting liberated if you are already mukat/liberated that is, or you have to have x amount of births in the 8.4million life cycle before getting a chance again in human life). We are judged on our deeds. So these deeds contribute to your present & future - this includes afterlife & future lives.
