to those who struggle with mental health as well, how do i keep myself from slipping beyond the brink? ive never wanted life, but ive been trying to learn how to appreciate it. because of my poor mental state ive hurt many ppl i love. what do i do?
I understand. I’m still learning to appreciate life as well. Do what makes you happy. Even little things. If you find that your mental state is interfering with your daily tasks. Seek help. Maybe try online therapy or medication. If it’s really bad I suggest admitting yourself somewhere. I hope you find peace soon. Also try not to compare yourself to others. Everyone is on a different journey. You do the best you can :)
