Would you say your accent is strong or weak?

Everyone has a natural accent so I'd say we all have strong accents?? But sometimes I pronounce things like I'm from Canada or North Dakota or something like that (I'm from neither, not even close) so maybe it's not so strong for me?

What do you call a shopping cart? I call it a carriage.

I call it a cart but my boyfriend calls it a carriage. It's a great example of how different parts of the country talk differently :p

Did you have any cravings during your pregnancy? If so what were they? If you're pregnant do you currently have any cravings? If so what are they?. What is the weirdest craving you've heard of someone having?

youcuntx’s Profile PhotoJ.
I've never been pregnant so I don't know what kind/s of cravings I may have. I've heard of pickles and ice cream being a stereotypical pregnancy craving but I have no idea how realistic that is. I'm actually really not sure what the weirdest craving I've heard of is.

Q: Do you like peppermint bark around Christmastime?

I love peppermint anything, so yes. My favorite peppermint thing around the Christmas season is peppermint ice cream though. That stuff is the shit! ♥♥♥

What would you say is the right gap to wait between relationships? So how long should someone wait after ending a relationship and starting a new one. Explain why?

youcuntx’s Profile PhotoJ.
I don't think people should just jump from one relationship to another-- especially if they're trying to be serious about it, but I don't think there is a "right" gap to wait. It's just whatever feels right for you. I know some people who wait only like 3 months and they end up being really happy for years, and I know others who wait years and end up either unhappy or neutral in future relationships. It depends on the people involved and the feelings involved.

If you would like to get a new pet, what kind do you want?

I will forever want more dogs, regardless of how many I have :p

Did you ever sleep in a bunk bed? If so, were you a bottom or top bunker?

I have. I slept on the bottom bunk at my sixth grade camp because my bunk mate (then best friend) wanted the top. I've also slept on the top bunk when I stayed at a bed and breakfast because I didn't have a bunk mate so the choice was mine. I also slept in the bottom bunk when my family and I had to spend the night at some family friends' place and I had to share a room with their kid and I was stuck with the bottom bunk. I prefer the bottom bunk though so it's okay.

Would you rather be able to speak any language fluently or have the ability to talk to animals?

Well if I can speak ANY language fluently, wouldn't that encompass the ability to speak to animals too?

My sister just told me that my eyes are small and my nose is big. I didn't ask her to tell me, she just did. I think I 'll self harm but I was clean for such a long time omg help me pls

Just remember: how you choose to react is a choice that you're making. You don't have to react a certain way just because someone hurt you.

What are your outside interests? (Walking, shopping, playing baseball, etc.)?

Camping, hiking, taking walks, driving, pick up sports with friends, tanning, reading.. That's all I've got off the top of my head.

Question 1: Are you assertive? Are you able to stick up for yourself rather easily?

sqpersonal’s Profile PhotoHaley
I can be, but generally I'm not unless I know the other person fairly well. I'm more of a people pleaser and an avoider of confrontation with acquaintances and strangers so there's that. If I'm really pushed to my limits I'll stand up for myself though. I've done it before. I've also stood up for others before so clearly I'm not a total pushover.

Hey everybody! What has your weekend consisted of so far? Has it been enjoyable?

questionspage22’s Profile PhotoSpam Account
Yesterday I went to the gym and worked on some homework after I got home from school. Today I went to the gym and worked on other homework, unfortunately. I'm now watching Inside Out. Tomorrow I'll work on cleaning my room and bathroom, also go to the gym, and watch the new episode of The Walking Dead. It's been stressful honestly. This paper I've been working on today is totally kicking my ass because I have no clue what I'm supposed to be doing. But at least it's the weekend :p

Do you prefer a simpler pizza with 1 or 2 toppings, or one with many layers piled on?

Simpler. My top 4 pizzas all have less than 3 toppings so :p

What's the worst movie you've watched? Why did you find it so bad?

youcuntx’s Profile PhotoJ.
I remember hating Master and Commander when I watched it but I cannot remember for the life of me why I hated it. I do know that I absolutely despised the Series of Unfortunate Events movie though. Now THAT was awful. For starters, they overestimated their abilities by putting THREE books into one movie. Following that massive screw up, they cast Jim Carrey in a serious role and allowed him to be his trademark stupid self so that ruined the movie. And above all, it was just really badly done overall. I don't remember it well enough to give a better answer but yeah, it was shit quality. I don't know a single person who even remotely liked that movie. My mom had never read the books and she thought the movie was so bad she said it ruined the books for her.

Nietzsche said, “He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster, when you gaze long into the abyss the abyss also gazes into you.” What do you think of when you read this?

I can agree with this. That's probably why a lot of people are concerned with the friends they or their loved ones keep. When you spend a lot of time with//around a person you pick up their habits and way/s of life so realistically anyone can use this quote and substitute "monster" for anything they'd like to use in place of it. Any hero can become a villain if he isn't careful, any good man can become a bad man if he isn't careful. "Dirty cops" are a perfect example of this.

Name some sterotypes that you hate.

Honestly I hate a lot of the "white people" stereotypes but that's probably because of the huge animosity in the undertones when people say those types of things. You can argue that white people can't experience racism all you want but when you use made up stereotypes to your advantage to put down an entire race of people to boost your own cause, you're just kind of an asshole and I'll probably automatically hate you. I realize a lot of the white people stereotypes are true, but so are a lot of stereotypes in general (hence them being based off of reality), so I'm not sure why it's a bad thing to use stereotypes (within reason obviously) for anything and everything except when it's convenient to anti white people.

Have you heard of the assassination in France? What do you think about it?

I'm pretty sure the entire world has heard about it by now. It's been all over every social media account I have, all over the news, all over everything. I think it's an awful, horrible thing that happened but I'm not sure what else you're looking for me to say? I saw someone on Facebook say something about how it's sad but she's "literally just so numb" because the media is throwing a fit over this thing in France but pays no attention to all the black people being brutally murdered here in the US. I mean really, I think there's a time and a place to throw the #blacklivesmatter movement in people's faces. The way she worded it and the way she was acting about this was incredibly insensitive and cold. I'm positive there were plenty of black people that died or were injured today in France too, but regardless of race people were literally murdered in cold blood for no reason and she had the audacity to turn it into something completely irrelevant to the issue at hand. Also, someone I know commented on an article about the band that was playing there at the concert and without saying anything about the situation, the victims, those to blame, etc., all he commented was "do we at least know if the band is okay?" as if THAT is all that mattered out of all that's happened today. I swear, people need to get their priorities in line and have some empathy where it's needed.

A video trending on Facebook shows a teacher whipping two students with a belt in an attempt to break up a brawl. Nearly all of the comments on the video were in support of the teacher's actions. What is your personal opinion on this incident? Do you believe the teacher crossed a line?

I haven't seen this video but I'm pretty sure the fact that the teacher actually took the time to take off their belt to use it as a whip on students is just plain wrong? Because I haven't seen the video I can't really give accurate opinions on it but based off the question alone I would say that going that far is going too far and not acceptable. However, I don't know what the students were doing and/or if they weren't being broken up any other way. I'm honestly surprised that so many people are supportive of it?? But again, I haven't seen it so unfortunately I have to keep some kind of unbiased perspective.

Do you celebrate thanksgiving? What do you do on that day to celebrate it? If you're not American is there any holidays your country celebrates which others don't? What traditions do you have for that day?

youcuntx’s Profile PhotoJ.
I do. We usually do it at our house because no one else in the family wants to do it or is able to do it (due to space and/or mental functioning). We invite my uncle and cousin if she's here for Thanksgiving, his girlfriend when he has one//when she's around, my dad's cousin when he doesn't go to his other relatives, my grandma, and sometimes a couple family friends if they don't have anywhere else to go. I know a lot of people have Thanksgiving "dinner" around like 4 pm but we do lunch around 1 pm.

What are your thoughts on people who raise their pets as vegans? Is it possible for a natural carnivore to be a healthy vegan? BQ: Would you raise your pet as a vegan?

I have zero tolerance for people who think their animals should be raised as vegans. I've seen people say that their animals will be fed vegan and if they want meat they can hunt for it like the wild animal instinct should tell them to. The only problem with that is that.. most pets are indoor animals and indoor cats especially have a much lower chance of getting out and being able to hunt for their food so I feel like feeding any carnivorous or even omnivorous animal a solely vegan diet is kind of ridiculous and not automatically healthy just because it's the owner's preference. I'm not well enough educated on the health benefits//risks of veganism vs. non veganism but I see zero reason to not allow a carnivore or omnivore any meat or even animal byproduct in their diets. I would absolutely never raise my pets vegan. My dog doesn't even eat the veggies I feed him off my plate when I have a few leftovers after dinner and I know a lot of fruit isn't good for dogs so I'm not going to go out of my way to find OTHER non meat foods he can eat instead, unless the vet were to tell me that he's allergic to meat or something. In which case I'd feed him non meat diets for his own health, not because I feel like veganism is better//healthier. And if he were allergic to meat, I'd go vegetarian (with vet's permission) rather than vegan. Feeding a pet a vegan diet is just way too far of a reach for me.

If you were a teacher, would you rather have a very smart kid who works sometimes or an average kid who always works hard?

I'm the first option and I have no issues with it so quite honestly I'd rather have a smart kid who doesn't put in much effort (and doesn't require as much effort on my part) than average kid who works really hard and needs that much more help. Despite being above average and generally not having problems with school, I do know what it's like to struggle in school and it's a sucky feeling so as a teacher I would hate to see a student work so hard and potentially not get the results they deserve for their efforts.

V q3) when they build a house, why do they call it a building and not a housing?

niallbop’s Profile PhotoThecyberneticphantom
It is housing. That's why housing developments are called housing developments and there's such a thing as low income housing-- which, to my knowledge, is generally apartment style housing.
