Either use an VPN to change your IP or just restart your router few times. the DHCP server will give you a new IP if you're using a dynamic IP (which is the most common here in Lebanon). If you're using a Static IP just use a VPN. Or just forget about it as long as you're not doing anything illegal blacklist shouldn't be a big deal.
