What is the difference between sushi and sashimi? What do you like in Japanese cuisine?
Sushi is basically rice wrapped in seaweed (nori) and topped with raw fish. I think sashimi is just thin slices of raw fish ?. Japanese cuisine is one of my favorite foods. I like ramen, karaage (Japanese fried chicken), udon noodles, sushi, gyoza (dumplings), tacoyaki, yakitori, tonkatsu, chicken katsu, and the rice slaps, especially in onigiri ?
