Some people at my school are mean to me. I’m shy and quiet. I really don’t deserve that.
No you don’t deserve that no one does. It’s not your fault at all number one thing mean people hate is when you treat them gently with kindness and positive vibes that will irritate and annoyed them. Bullies are often just pointing out your strengths.. School sucks any ways trust me those people won’t last long in the real world :) stay strong love! Don’t change for anyone only for the better version of yourself!

Girl never lose yourself in trying to hold on to someone who doesn’t care about losing you! Letting go is showing you have control of yourself, and the only one you can control is you! Take your mind off of it and engage in stuff you enjoy, hobbies/sports/friends, keep your mind busy and at times talk about it. It helps :)
