Worldbreakers resolve makes arms warrior in ptr really fast, and it gives a lot more dps. Do you think it might remain competitve depending on how bad class trinkets for arms warriors will be?

assuming you mean tanking, I don't think tanking should be viable at all in pvp outside of fcing
