In my mid-late 30s, I've never been in better shape, looked/felt healthier, etc. That's from solid lifestyle choices, diet, fitness, sleep and aesthetic care. It takes discipline, but it's not exactly tough when you consider the alternative.

I meet a ton of young gay men, 5-10 years younger than me, who look a lot worse for the wear. If you think a decade of spending nights in smoky bars, pounding down shots and other questionable substances doesn't take it's toll, you're wrong. The same can be said for guys who worship the sun and think that a deep golden glow is 'healthy' and 'sexy.'
