In itself no, but it can cause so much mental anguish that you may harm yourself intentionally or unintentionally. It may cause you to just want to end it, or it may cause you to be so distracted that you do not care for yourself, you do not pay enough attention to your health, what you are doing or what you should be doing, especially when it pertains to actions that require full attention like driving or just looking before you walk across the street. Emotions can affect you dearly and tradjectly if not controlled and allowed to manifest into something making you a danger to you and others. 🌚
