over streesed; under paid. I can't be two places at once. I am getting "Needs Meet"; not teaching the children anything. I need to be in an environment where I can teach; I am a professional Teacher, not just a babysitter. When I got hired; the director told me it was low numbers and staff all gets along- LIES. I don't associate well with Liars. I try to avoid it like the plague.
