🧚🏿‍♂️ Well in 1917 in Cottingley, Yorkshire, England two girls claimed to have done just this.
🧚 Elsie was 16 and Frances was 9, and they took pictures of the fairies that they had made from paper. For the time, the pictures looked so realistic that they even convinced Arthur Conan Doyle, creator of Sherlock Holmes, that fairies lived in Cottingley.
🧚🏼‍♀️ Now, if I stumbled across a kingdom of faery I’d stay well away, and not tell anyone about it, lest I was taken by the Faery Queen and forced to dance for her for 100 years.

Is it always better to be with someone who loves you more than you love them?

I don’t think trying to work out whether someone loves you more than you love them is generally a helpful process.
(Unless you conclude that they’re obviously disinterested in you, in which case dump them.)
Otherwise just get along and enjoy your time together 🙂

Do adults twirl?

If you mean the dance/movement/gesture: not me, I can hardly stand up properly let alone shake a tail feather.
If you mean the slang term, you’ll have to specify which one, as there are a few.

Why don’t people place ads in the newspaper anymore?

I think because the internet probably meets most buying/selling/dating etc needs nowadays. But there are still classified ads in our local paper.

Do you still keep in touch with your prom date?

We never had any such thing as prom back when we were at high school. School proms didn’t happen in the UK before the 21st Century (that I know of), they’re a comparatively recent thing here.
I left school when I was 15, and across that time period the couple of people I was briefly seeing have kept in touch, yes, if only casually on Facebook.
They’re both long married with kids now.
