By force. The fastest way to learn is when you have to use it to survive on a daily basis... or, if you want a less radical way, just with practice and daily use.
What's one of your favorite 'little things' to enjoy in life?
Smallhorns are little... do they count? I enjoy their company. Especially when they are not pulling pranks on me.Is not like I am a hermit that likes to be alone all the time, is just what I am used to. So, a little company is appreciated. Quite literally in this case, jaja.If that doesn't count...When the younger himehorns come by to take a look around, ask weird questions, want to have a little chat to pass time or ask for a snack.I found out that the younger ones are more accepting of my presence than the older ones. I mean, is not like they complain or anything. Because of the pact I presume, but they are not really fond of me... but my cakes on the other hand. They never say no to them. It’s something, I guess?... or when I get a good deal when I go on a supply trip!
What’s one bad habit that you would like to quit but can’t?
If its smaller than me and / or I find it adorable / cute... my hands tend to try to give it a headpat. It like a "thank you for existing" kind of thing...
Defectivehorn Apostle here, I'm sorry cakeist. I was too late to stop them. My wife found this new recipe for making a Cakepie. A pie inside a cake. @muscle_Horn knows about it too. The herds will all want it. I'm sure they will ask you to make some as well. 1/2
2/2 Do you want me to come over and give you a lift to my place so you can learn how to make it as well? -------------- Oh, I know how to make CakePies and also, PieCakes. Thanks for the offer though. So far, nobody has requested them but is good to know so I can prepare in advance just in case. The latest trend of cakes around here were the CakeBowls, filled with cream and fruits, and the Bowl Cakes, that I made for the last HatchDay (or so I think it was called?).
What pain is harder for you: physical or spiritual?
This is a very difficult question. If the spirit is broken the body is nothing but a empty husk, but the other way around may turn it into a prison.I have to say, that all depends on what kind of solution you have at hand for one or the other, and/or the meaning behind it.
Well, I don't particularly favor any as long as the product meets my expectations ... or I would lose a limb or die, frozen like a popsicle.... as for the smallhorns, I get their stuff from "Grandma's shop" (that is how people call it, I don't remember if it has an actual name or if it's just her house). The old lady there puts her heart into every piece she makes.
It really depends... I usually sleep until AssistantHorn comes to help / check on me (because I overslept) or the smallhorns come to visit early. In survival situations I just sleep when I need to, AFTER I make sure I will wake up later. I usually keep my hands / mind constantly working on something, so I don't sleep very much until my body says no more, but when I relax, I usually oversleep.
Spooky costumes and Halloween pranks might be too much for smallhorns. Also, how would the hornmothers respond to smallhorns with sacks asking for snacks?
Spooky costumes are more allegorical than anything else. We can always tone it down to a level they can handle. Like making their costumes more cute than scary. As for how would they react... well, it depends. If you make it a tradition, you can change their disposition to being asked for snacks instead of receiving them and if it lasts long enough, those smallhorns might one day be in the same position as those hornmothers. If they feel like they should do it for the herd, like obeying leader, they will do it. Plus, you can end the day with a feast so they don't feel bad about their snacks. You can even make a contest. Who gave the best snack and/or who did the best prank, and give them a price. The possibilities are vast, but it all depends on them. After all, at the end of the day, it's for their enjoyment.
Are you the type of person who would spend time in the company of a stranger with pleasure, drinking cappuccinos and telling each other stories from life? :) ☕☕
Not really my favorite but the other day a young hornmother brought me some of her snack stash and asked me "can you make cake with this?". Some of the smallhorns saw her and tried to do the same later... but since they didn't know what she gave me, they gave me whatever they could find and said "can you make cake with this?"... or at least they tried to say it. Rinse and repeat for a week.
Survive and protect the stuff* he cares about... or at least, try everything at his disposal to achieve it. * be it, people, objects, ideals or whatever. ... or so I was taught at least.
