I use to do competitive cheer at tumble-n-roll but my mom made my quite bc she said it was inappropriate but I don't think so but ever since then I feel like my life isn't complete like I need something more Any thoughts? Or advise?:/

You could try school cheerleading or gymnastics or just a new gym! Remember, happiness is a state of mind. You don't need material things, it's all about how you feel!

I'mim sorry about tryouts :( but i had the same problem! I had my spotter start out with a heavy spot and slowly spot me less until they weren't spotting me at all but I had them start out with their hand on me then just not spot me so I didn't know they Weren't going to and then I realized I could do it by myself :)

Do the splits and lean forward, just keep pulling it! Do wall splits but the opposite way so your face and leg are against the wall
