In regards to your career, have you ever had an agent? If so, do you recommend getting one? If not, were things harder because you didn't have one?
TV execs don't usually have "agents" until they are working at a very very high level of recognition, if at all. Agents are more for representing talent- actors, writers, etc. If you're in one of those fields, it can certainly help to have a good agent putting you in front of people.

One perfect album, a couple good ones. A shockingly tin ear for picking beats he sounds good over. I like him and I love his first two albums in particular, but I've never thought he was the "best rapper alive" etc...

Ha, we don't have the money for "deleted scenes"! That's for movies. We don't have physical boards either, just animatics, and we likely won't release those either, sorry.

'Jagged Little Pill' is reaching its 20th anniversary reissue. Were you ever a fan of Alanis Morisette?

I don't think so, if you have a clear idea of what you want to do and where to start. It's all up to the individual and the career path you are looking to head down (assuming you have that luxury and don't just NEED TO PAY BILLS like a lot of folks!).

Listen- if she's told you NOT to? That's all the reason you should need. Moving somewhere just to be with someone else puts huge pressure on a relationship, and it sounds like she's not into the idea. Respect her wishes and though it sucks, you gotta move on. Good luck.

Oh no, you're not cursed. Your family just had some devastating things happen in a very short time, and it's awful, I'm sorry. It's totally normal to wonder about this sort of thing when experiencing loss, too. But I promise, you're not cursed. I'm so sorry for your loss.
How do I deal with a hater? This guy in my college hates me cause I'm going with his ex and I beat him in the election for student government. He's making up leis about me to slander my name. People say he always insulting me on campus. What do I do?
Here's my advice on haters- ignore them whenever possible, they usually just go away. If they don't stop- make em.

Anyway my question is how much do I have to watch out for racial ignorance concerning eastern cultures in the world of animation/anime partnerships (Japan, Korea etc) again please be very blunt.
Honestly? It will be hard. It's hard anyway, and doubly hard for an American, and even more so if you're black. There just aren't a lot of black people in Japan so in some ways their society can be shockingly racist, more due to ignorance and the global proliferation of stereotypes than anything else. Most of which come from Anglo society, of course. I don't think your goal is impossible at all, but I do think you will need very thick skin. Good luck.

I'm a freshman qb on my hs Football team. I have a close friend who recently made it public that he is bi. I knew this for a while and he's super chill. Some teammates don't feel the Same way. I feel increasing pressure to drop him as a friend. I don't want to but I want team to like me. Advice?
This is going to be a key defining moment for you, so think hard. I get that social pressures exist and they suck, and it's unfair. But dropping a friend who doesn't deserve it because your teammates are bigots is just...cowardly and wrong. Wanting the team to like you is normal, but breaking your own moral code for the approval of others will hurt you badly in the long run. I can only say what I would do in your position, which is to tell anybody trying to tell me who to be friends with to go fuck themselves. Good luck.

I'd say unless you've seen a therapist and KNOW you have a clinical issue and are addicted to masturbation, you don't have a problem. If you're not hurting anyone and you're not hurting yourself, no reason to feel guilty.
