When watching a tv show or a movie, how important is "likeability" for the protagonist to you?
Pretty much zero importance to me.

Haven't had one. I'm not a very nostalgic person in general.
Is it sad that I am now 24 and at a cross roads in my life and I come back to these old Toonami videos for motivation? And inspiration? To try to summon the same feelings of optimism and wonder I had in those easy and carefree days?
I don't think it's sad at all. We all return to different sources for inspiration, and that's something very personal to each of us. I will caution you against already turning to the past as some time where you were more carefree, though. You're 24, you have a LOT of life experience ahead of you to look forward to, and it's not already time to be looking backward, Stay positive and keep looking forward!
What are some of your favorite games you wish you could play portably?

When do you think we will have another major US animated film with 2D animation? The style is still prominent on TV and direct-to-video movies, but the new Spongebob movie is the only recent film with some regular 2D animation. It was a big hit, do you think it will help get us another 2D film?
I don't think so, honestly. 2D animated films being major releases is a thing of the past, sadly.

Schools in Japan are generally more similar to one another than schools in the US, so it's a good universal sort of starting point for adventure, I think.

What's the proper way to ask my boss for a raise?
Make sure you have a good case, be able to reference some things you've done which you feel you excelled at. Ask for a meeting, and lay our your case. Also, think about (and be willing to talk about) how you might contribute MORE to the business if you were allowed to step up, etc. Good luck.

Definitely being in Japan for a couple of weeks, the first time I went. It was awesome and weird and scary.

I was pretty heavily bullied in middle school. The only happy point in my day was when I came home to watch DBZ. One day my bully wanted to fight me, I was a little scared to fight him but frankly I was tired of his shit. So I pictured him as Frieza and punched him as hard as could in the gut!!
