Ask @ColdBlueSteel:

Do you care what other people think of you? 🌸

I do, to a certain extent because that's how human society works. Humans evolved to be socially conscious and it is in our very basic instincts that we are pleased when we get approval of many people, we feel happy when we are likeable to others around us. You need approval of people to be effective.
Needless to mention, you only need to care about what "right people" think about you. You don't need to be everyone's pleaser.

dont u think social media kills the sense of mystry? like everything is so overexposed n everyone is so accessible 🤷🏻‍♂️

And do you actually believe in what people seem to show you on social media? You only get to know 10% of them and that too might just be them faking it, you know? Meet them up irl and come back to me and slap me if they couldn't surprise you much in two or three meetings.

help me get rid of my habit of using mobile too much n posting too much on socila media? How do I stop myself?

Find a book to read, help your mum in the kitchen if you're a girl, go cycling, get yourself a piano, try a new recipe, sit in your lawn and hear them birds chirping, join a gym, arrange get togethers with your friends, help your little brother with homework, teach your younger sister something that she's bad at, there's a lot to keep yourself away from phone, will you try?

Give time to real people around you not to your phone and trust me your life will change is it true?

As long as you're not sitting in the UK and your phone is the only thing that keeps you connected with your mum, I shall agree.
Lets put it another way, proper use of phone is not bad at all; you might, if you so will, need a phone to stay in touch with people you love. Nonetheless, being glued to the phone, while you are in a social gatheirng, is highly inappropriate. BALANCE in everything is all I preach.
