How too keep fit

I dnw my self cause it depends on your body, like you have to find food that matches you, happiness, no stress & smiling helps it may sounds stupid but it actually does, most importantly its how you feel on the inside that reflects the outside. For example, i eat whatever i want whenever i want, and dont diet.
You hv to give your bpdy what it needs in a special quantity
