What all characters in MGNQ actually have dark skin that's not due to a good tan? There was Kilgore, Yuu, and Maria (from my stuff [shameless plug is shameless]). Are there any more I'm missing?

Cavefish has dark skin, and I think one of Udonge's writeup characters have that, too!

If it ever became canon that Chiaki wasn't the only one that could use timestop, how much writefag infighting would there be to determine who could write Meguca Dio?

Probably none because I wouldn't let anybody write a character like that, hahaha!

Is it going to be weird going back to Protoculture after MGNQ is over? Or will you stay Deculture as long as you run quests?

Not really weird! But yeah, I'll use Deculture as long as I run quests. After MGNQ I'll probably retire it for good!

So, a waifu drawthread. What's the difference from a regular drawthread? Do we still get to choose the situation/clothes the waifus are in?

It will be a drawthread where all the requests will be behind spoilers

Does swole!Junko dominate the noodly Tomohisa in bed? Is that why Madoka is lifting? To dominate old Noodly?

Maybe!

Even if Chiaki is alpha most of the time, she's always the sub in bed. Look at her night with Midori!

That's because she didn't know what to do! And Midori KNOWS what to do, she knows everything!

I can't help but think that Kharn going full-waifu is anything but utterly terrifying to anyone who knew her as a warmaster.

Wait until all of them get invited to the wedding!

Which do you feel is more important, and why: freedom of expression, or people's feelings?

Like Dan said, there is no clear answer here. Both are equally important.
I will say however that as as a culture we are given the skills and tools necessary to express what we want, in different ways just beyond saying it out loud into someone's face. Let's use those skills and tools to deliver our message, no matter what it is, so not only is it understood but in the context of it, too.
This is why there's a lot of feels-protecting and censorship out now. People are only looking at the message, not the context. Like how some law schools somewhere are now forbidden from discussing rape law - no consideration that it's for the fact that it's to teach students HOW to handle rape cases, they're just looking at the fact that it has the word 'rape' in it. Because the word itself is a trigger, or a microaggression, or whatever.

So is he Souji Valnikov or is she Kharn Rokossovsky? Or is it Valnikov-Rokossovsky?

Kharn fully accepts her role as the wife in this arrangement, so she has taken Souji's surname!
