Girl A was a huge kleptomaniac, so big that not even Mami's careful chiding, coddling or even scolding curbed it. She only started doing the Time Stop -> Blood Raven combo after Mami caught her for the third time. She remains a kleptomaniac to this day.

The Inquisition is quite similar to kind of Inquisitors in Abnett's Eisenhorn/Ravenor series, yes.
