When you can’t fall asleep, what do you do and/or what do you think about? “Going to sleep” isn't a valid reply and I will ban you from the internet.
I tend to dream/picture up scenarios in my mind that I want to happen. Or if I'm in a bad mood, I think about what ever is going on and how I can fix it. And if I do that for too long and I still can't sleep, I usually end up downstairs watching Netflix or reading.
