So ive been training chest 3-4 times a week and my left shoulder has been bothering me alot whenever i bench press, but u need chest gains.. What should i do?
You need to chill the fuck out bro! Like srsly 3-4 times? Thats overkill.. Chill the fuck out on working out your chest until your shoulders better, in fact chill te fuck out on working chest in general, you dont really need to hit it more than twice a week... Have more days free to train legs.
