due to go to a concert tonight and due to the train strikes, I’m having to take the bus which is going to be nearly 2h. I have severe anxiety of public transport and my headphones act as like a safety net but I don’t want to take them with me and end up having them removed when I go through security

Don't get on dating apps. You don't need those. They will only spike your level of anxiety up regardless of any picture you post of yourself
