I took this pic in the most beautiful place on earth. It's called Siwa Oasis. A green oasis in the middle of the desert. It's located in Egypt's Western Desert, 40km east to the Libyan borders. And it's literally heaven on earth! It dates back thousands of years ago to the time of the Pharoahs. It does have some Pharoahic monuments, including the temple where Alexander The Great was crowned as the ruler of Egypt after he conquered Egypt and expelled the Persian occupation out of it (that was towards the very very end of the Pharohic civilization)
It has endless number of natural water springs. They are the reason why it's a green paradise in the middle of the desert. And if you think about it it's quite impressive that these springs never went dry for thousands of years. The nature is pure and unaltered there which is very very beautiful.
