Do you have any advice for toe touches? I need to be able to get good at them for dance, and yours are really good!

Just stretch and do leg lifts.
Stretch everyday- really good so you don't pull any muscles.
Leg lifts are where you sit on the ground in a straddle and support yourself with your hands and lift your leg up and down and in circles. It will burn but that means it's strengthening it. And make sure to do the other leg, the same reps. And you can't forget to do both at the same time(:
