Had any ideas for FurDU that are just logistically or financially impossible? Give an example.

We've had an opportunity to host FurDU at Seaworld Nara resort. It would have cost $80 per person per night for the 4 days and included unlimited access to seaworld and the attached waterpark. What made it logistically impossible is that the accommodation and conference facilities would limit us strictly to 150 attendees 1/4th of what we currently get D:
