Why do you constantly defend the "wrong" side of the American debate, yet you constantly attack the "wrong" side of the Brexit debate? You seem to want to hear out the people who voted Trump, but accuse Brexit voters of ruining the country. It's an odd juxtaposition.
I think you have a cognitive bias in operation, however, the Remain camp is largely sane and operating in a sane, useful manner (debate, politics, legal challenges, single-issue focussed marches). Trump's opposition on the other hand is stark, raving bonkers. That forces my hand, not to defend Trump per se, but to continue to try to get his opposition to stop fucking themselves over and guaranteeing us another term of Trump or his legacy candidate.

With so much going on this is one I haven't kept particular track of. So 'hot take' would be this is a bad idea. However there's so much disinfo and overreaction going on I'm cautious to say that... (which reinforces my point about this being a bad tactic).
Specifically referencing the KKK when was the last time they organised an attack, bombing or assassination as an official action? If they're no longer engaged in terrorism then there might be a rational justification. This is certainly possible given they're pretty much entirely irrelevant and spent as a force at this point.

No. I don't think it's the same thing or just a matter of hurt feelings. It's an erroneous label, and actionable as libel and slander. Not just an insult or difference of opinion. I think those laws are too loose (especially in the UK) but it's hardly the same thing as 'this person still looks like a man' or 'twat'.

The trans student thing was a thing that happened, though. He might not have OUTED her, but he certainly projected a photo of her during his talk, ranted about "the tranny", cast aspersions that she was "predatory". Don't diminish the hate simply because you are focused on the "outing" part.
I'm fixed on the claim. It was dickish but it wasn't doxxing or outing someone. I made two videos on the subject if you want a more in depth answer.

Since people lie about him a lot (which is odd when there's plenty to object to you don't have to lie about). His tour has been on all sorts of subjects. Given there were lies about him 'outing' a trans student this claim whiffs a bit like that.

Are you aware of why there was rioting to stop Milo's "free speech"? Milo had planned to livestream the outing of undocumented students and show College Republicans how to do it too. That was prevented. This was not a simple matter of "we do not want Milo to speak here", there was more at play.
This was a talk on cultural appropriation, so that seems unlikely. It seems like a post-hoc justification derived from the (also false) story that he outed a trans student at a talk. The origination point seems to be a Twitter rumour. Let's make sure our criticisms are accurate and defensible eh?

You said President Trump was right earlier today, when he threatened to pull federal funding from UC Berkeley. Did you mean that? That he would be right to deprive 38,000 students access to education because of those few rioting?
Public institutions are bound to protect rights. If the threat forces them to live up to their duties then he's right to make it. If they won't do what they're supposed to then they're right to be defunded. I also think religious organisations and megachurches that involve themselves politically have given up the right not to be taxed. It's not dissimilar to the church/state separation thing, just in the other direction.
