What would some of your character's notable cutscenes / bits of banter from the MGNQ fighting game be? (Part 2)
Continuation of the previous answer to cover Rei since I only did Haruka before.
* Rei (Play style)
Rei is a glass canon character with a fairly varied move-set with a heavy emphasis on chip damage, like Amane from BBCP.
Rei is primarily a melee character utilizing ribbons to bring opponents into melee range. Her animations involve turning her ribbons into whips to pull opponents, utilizing needles for her light attacks and turning her ribbons into wide blades or drills for her medium and heavy attacks. Her attacks are generally multi-hit, but low damage. Blocking results in heavy chip damage. Rei has special commands to instantly consume all chip damage by setting up a “poison” which is shown as a sickly green aura around her. Her ranged attacks and supers involve using her needle gun. Has one command grab anti-air which grabs an airborne character with ribbons and slams them into the ground. Can quickly tear through low health opponents, but has more difficulty against high health opponents unless her poisons are used properly.
*Rei(Instant Kill) Can only be used in a match winning round. 100% special required.
“This is gonna hurt you more than it hurts me!”
A counter-attack super, Rei glows a sickly green and briefly adopts a blocking animation. If the opponent attacks her during the duration of the counter animation, a storm of ribbons will burst from Rei’s back and the opponent will be enveloped in a ribbon cocoon. Even after they are completely wrapped up, more ribbons will continue to sprout from Rei and spiral upwards forming an oversized monster head (wolf, dragon, or serpent depending on command used). The monster head will crash into the captured enemy, ending the match. Rei adopts a special win animation where she transforms her ribbons into wings and cackles loudly while covering her mouth daintily. Win animation ends with Rei proudly shouting “I warned you!”

Vs Annie May: (special animation, hand on hips, leaning forward slightly) “I loooove your style!”
Vs other Venenum: “Let’s exchange notes after this is over.”
Vs everyone else: “Can’t we talk this over?”

Vs Chiaki: “Ah! Ahhh! I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to go overboard!”
Vs Annie May: “Where do you shop?”
Vs other Venenum: “Now, about those notes…”
Vs everyone else: “Hmph! Not even worth my time.”

Vs Chiaki: “You JERK!”
Vs Annie May: “Wheeere doooo yoooouu shooooooop!!”
Vs other Venenum: “I didn’t want your notes anyway!”
Vs everyone else: “No… my research…”
