I lost a friend a few years ago to a falling out. I tried to make things right by asking her to meet with me and a mediator, (b/c I didn't know what I did wrong!) but she never told me and instead cut me off for good. I've prayed about it over the years but I still get upset... advice?

If you've done all you could to remedy your friendship and SHE isn't making any effort to build it back up, I would say to just let it go. Move on. She obviously doesn't care to work at keeping your friendship, so she's not worth your time. Don't shun her, don't stop loving her. But don't get upset over something that you have no control over. She made her choice of losing your friendship. Friendship is a two way street. YOU can't hold it together by yourself.
