Im sorry u were labelled. I grew up in Detroit and got into many fights in the streets. I always stopped bullying when i saw it. Kids are so brutal. Some backed down others didnt so we fought after school. These kids never asked or thanked me for sticking up 4 them. i didnt do it to get a thank you
and thats how it should be sometimes. you are helping someobe that could not help themselves

I'm sure if i went i would have lost my virginity. Girls always came to me to touch me my arms chest or stomach. I didn't like it back then. In gym i took my shirt off one time b4 entering locker room. I saw a freshan girl staring at me. I was a junior & after that the touching & flirting began.
prom didnt mean lose your virginity. still wonder who made that crazy rule. but i see that the touches were maybe inappropriate for you at the time because you werent used to tge attention or because the girls werent sincere

Good idea. I graduated in 1984. Lol. Plus i live 1200 miles away from where i grew up. i only related with classmates that played the same sports as i did. I kept to myself as i didnt care much for the other students. I always got along with people older than me so i didnt bother with my classmates
well you are older than I am but I understand what you mean. Did the same things you did (except was not athletic in the least 😅) was labeled other things that still stick to this day.
Prom was kinda overrated but it was the only formal like gathering during that time. It should have been enjoyable at some point, right?

well, you can plan your own like prom with close friends now or classmates that you met during that time
