Iv been traing since august but Im involved in sports so there's always been that athletic physique. Hammer curl 45s and row with 135 on the barbell not sure about dumbbells I'm 5'10 weighing in at 154
Look up full body excersizes I use to do the same thing but I did some reasearch and found full body workouts are the best way to make gains
Deadlifts are a important foundation to lifting works muscles from your neck down. I do full body workouts 4 days a week and switch excersizes every week. Mine for the week
