I do body fortress whey 3 scoops a day. Plus a ton of meats trying to get 190g protein a day. Honestly I dont see food anymore I just see carbs fats protein. Swallow it all. Done. Lol I want to be massive. I like entering class and feeling big

Truth is son im in college I was anorexic in hs. I wish I had started lifting in hs. I kind of did but lost everything through anorexia. Started from zero in college. Im currently bulking..lifting and binging, then once im big enough Ill start lowering my calories

How much do you hammer curl I do 40 for 8 reps. I dumbbell row 85's. Ive been training since sept 2012. I was 116 lbs 6 feet 2. Now im 185

Iv been traing since august but Im involved in sports so there's always been that athletic physique. Hammer curl 45s and row with 135 on the barbell not sure about dumbbells I'm 5'10 weighing in at 154

Damn son youre all technical, I just yolo my workouts. I go balls to the wall with those 3 workouts. Binge on protein carbs and fat. Currently eating a ton of carbs and fat. Take some caffeine and kill it. Went from 116-185 from sept 2012 to 2013. I just train intensely w/out being technical

Look up full body excersizes I use to do the same thing but I did some reasearch and found full body workouts are the best way to make gains

Deadlifts are a important foundation to lifting works muscles from your neck down. I do full body workouts 4 days a week and switch excersizes every week. Mine for the week
