well I personally played soccer for 11 years so I developed stamina since I was 4
which race? because I'm run the 100m, 200m, and High Jump
for track I run a couple miles.... for football I do weight training (bench, squat, power clean, deadlift) and core training (planks, handstands on walls) and arms (push ups, pull ups)
I don't have one actually because I don't have time to because I'm either training for track or football
