How did you train for football or track?
for track I run a couple miles.... for football I do weight training (bench, squat, power clean, deadlift) and core training (planks, handstands on walls) and arms (push ups, pull ups)
What's your work out?
I don't have one actually because I don't have time to because I'm either training for track or football
