What was the best movie of 2014?

Can't pick between Interstellar and boyhood grrrr but I'll go with Interstellar edging slightly

Anon just look at nutrition labels and get proper protein and complex carbs. Couple that with gym time doing cardio or weightlifting(i prefer the latter) anaerobic fast fat burning muscle gaining. You should see results pretty soon. Get carbs get protein but cut down on excess high calorie foods

Here you go anon!

Yeah I think I would be okay with eating healthy, I just can't seem to resist bad things such as chocolate. reduce all carbs? or just the bad ones? Is boxing a good exercise to lose weight? because I could start that hahaa

Yeah boxing should be great!

Thanks! so I will reduce it by 300 calories per day. what should I eat though? :) because I can't think of any suitable foods that will help me lose weight/that are healthy, besides fruit/veg? & what are some good cardio exercises? things like star jumps?

To be frank if you wanna do it the lazy way, I would just eat anything but as long its 200-300 calories below what I usually eat for the day. Preferably just reduce carbs will be the best for the start. And for cardio about 20 min for 2-3 times a week is enough i guess. I play football cause i just love it haha. But yeah once again my fitness really quite at the moment though haha

Hey, I don't know how to lose weight. I don't know any healthy foods besides fruit/vegetables and just end up eating badly. I can't cook either. and it's making me so sad all the time because I want to lose weight for the right reasons, but no one has ever given me thorough advice :( thank you!

Ok firstly as much as I would like to help you, I am no nutritionist myself and I have no problems losing weight haha but from what I read and find through the information I have, just reducing calories by 200-300 a day for 2 months would be good. I guess reduce your carb intake by like a quarter for each meal (rice, noodles, pasta). And yeah see if it works good luck! And yes, do cardio!!
