Either trolling, or when they only ask inappropriate questions, or if they only want to argue or start a fight, as it's so dumb, unfortunately though the blocking feature seems to be completely worthless, as it doesn't seem to stop their shenanigans.

Being harassed constantly
If they’re being really creepy or rude/hateful.
Once I get those kinds of asks, I turn off anon & delete the questions.
a variety of reasons...maybe they are bots, maybe they are spamming with the same questions, maybe they are sending stuff that isn't questions, maybe they are mean....
Because they treat me like shit all the time
If I were to ever do that they either be a scammer or an truly abuser and being abusive verbally
Over spamming, harrassment, bot accounts, or drama.
