Went to the extreme of bad Lifestyle during quarantine only to realize that a person can be toxic (in every aspect) to itself and then taking a correction course with a straight forward motive to become the better version of oneself. *Eating the right food at right times in right quantities. *Importance of adequate and right sleeping schedule. *Working out regularly. *Not watching and following everything which is trending. *Taking off from technology. *Appreciating Nature and understanding we arejust a minute part of it. *Loving your close ones even more *Letting of every useless stress regarding money, job, wasteful things we have given so much unnecessary places in our lives.
