Depends on the mood I'm in. September-January, NFL football gets a lot of viewership from me (Go Broncos!). For comedy, I'm all over the board: Simpsons/Family Guy for animation, 3 Stooges/Marx Brothers for classic comedy, and some stand-up specials. When I want a thrill, it's Ghost Adventures with Zak Bagans (best paranormal show out there in my humble opinion).
Monument Valley, on the Utah-Arizona border. I love the desert, and this area is the most stunning example of desert beauty there is. It is the iconic landscape of the Old American West, and actually many westerns and other movies have used it as their dramatic backdrop. Even Forrest Gump agrees with me, as he said when he passed through on his cross-country run, "And in the desert, when the sun comes up... I couldn't tell where heaven stopped, and the earth began".
July!! My birthday month, and the height of Glorious Summer in the Rockies! So much to do and so many adventures to have in the mountains!
Conversely, January is my least favorite. Freezing, roads are icy, holidays are over, and my gosh it goes on forever!! As one cartoonist aptly described it, January is a "Cold, Grey, Bucket of Suck."
