Understanding certain situations give me peace. Even when the situation doesn't turn out in my favour understanding different points of view's makes me feel like knowing maybe 50% of how someone truly is. Maybe it's not just understanding someone but rather getting to know someone's truth. Truth makes me calm. Even when it hurts sometimes, more than that, it brings me peace to go on with my own truth. That's why I try to understand everything around me, in detail.

Making lists help me pretty much because they let me see how much work there is to do. After finishing I just put the sign - ✓ - behind the task that I finished and this makes me happy to see because my level of guilt can rise pretty high if I avoid my responsibilities. Which feels good. And yeah I have this feeling a lot in my free time because in the back of my mind I always know there is more work that could be done. But organizing my tasks and then just simply starting at a point helps me to get it done.

Wenn du also in einer monogamen Beziehung lebst und es als deine Freiheit erachtest mit anderen Menschen romantisch involviert zu werden ist das ein Vertrauensbruch - und nicht unbedingt dein gutes Recht. In einer polygamischen Beziehung mag das anders aussehen, aber auch da wird sich auf bestimmte Regeln geeinigt.
