[ What do you think is toxic? How do you notice toxicity and how do you handle it? ]
After a toxic friendship, I started to dig deeper into narcissism. Thanks to my fiancè, who warned me several times about certain signals, that we call red flags. My fiancé is a psychology student but she didn't want to interfere that much as for her it was important that I myself realize what is toxic for me. It is important to acknowledge that every human being is able to be toxic and everyone is able to lose those toxic traits by reflecting your behaviour and by being accountable for your hurtful behaviour.
So, what did I find toxic? I share a list of behaviour that is toxic for me:
🚩 – Gaslighting | Devalidating/ Minimalizing the problem of the person you are arguing with
"That's not how it was. You don't remember it correctly. No, it wasn't like that. You are the wrong one in the first place because..."
🚩 – Manipulation | Blackmailing or using emotional Guilt Trips on other people
🚩 – Silent Treatment | Ignoring someone and leaving them without a clue of what they actually did wrong, which is a red flag that I used myself I have to admit
🚩 – Lying on purpose or lying to hurt other people on purpose
🚩 – Loving to argue for the sake of being right. It's exhausting to argue with people who hate to admit when they are wrong.
🚩 – People who could lie to you for a lifetime but when confronted being extra cruel for the sake of honesty :))))

Same procedure as every year. XD
I really wish for ask.FM to improve in their blocking system. I don't know what it makes so hard but I really don't wanna see the content of people I don't wish to follow or see in my feed. It's disturbing. The way it currently is is that when you blocked someone you usually don't see their posts but when anyone you still follow likes an answer of that person you see it in your feed again. And that's disturbing and sh*tty.

Kinda. I write poems, short stories and I am still trying to write a novel. Furthermore, I like to draw but what I love the most is singing. I am doing some music covers from time to time on Insta and recently on Youtube as well. :)

Good enough that strangers, acquaintances and probably even some kind of friends would not know. But not as good that people who know me well wouldn't notice. I'm far better at keeping my distance from people I don't trust. :)) xD

╰ spells to find lost things
╰ spells to keep my flat nice and clean
╰ spells to comfort people with emotional trauma so healing spells but basically just for emotional pain
╰ spells for flying, then I would not pay for train, bus or a car and would do no harm to the environment xD
